1. Equipment Introduction
GCAN-PLC-240 is a programmable logic controller (PLC) that integrates bus control functionality and supports dual port network switching. It not only has the characteristics of simple appearance and high cost-effectiveness, but also can be easily connected to CAN bus systems and Modbus systems.
The GCAN-PLC-240 product combines a microprocessor, integrated power supply, input circuit, and output circuit into a compact housing, forming a powerful PLC. After downloading the user program, the PLC will contain the logic required for the input and output devices in the monitoring application.
GCAN-PLC-240 can be programmed using OpenPCS software or CodeSys V3.5 SP16 and above software. The software supports five standard programming languages specified in the IEC-61131-3 standard, which makes the program highly portable and reusable. Additionally, the software has multiple debugging functions (breakpoints, single steps, etc.), making debugging programs more convenient.
The GCAN-PLC-240 not only completes digital/analog input/output, but also integrates various commonly used industrial field buses, such as CAN bus, RS485 bus, Ethetnet bus, and supports common communication protocols such as CANopen, Modbus RTU/TCP, etc.
