1. Equipment Introduction
Guangcheng Technology GCAN-211 is a high-performance CAN bus communication interface card that integrates 2 CAN interfaces, 1 Ethernet interface, and 1 WiFi interface. By using the GCAN-211 high-performance CAN interface card from Guangcheng Technology, users can easily interconnect CAN bus networks and WiFi networks, further expanding the range of CAN bus networks.

The GCAN-211 interface card of Guangcheng Technology has integrated a CAN interface electrical isolation protection module, which prevents equipment damage caused by instantaneous overcurrent/overvoltage and enhances the reliability of the system in harsh environments.
Guangcheng Technology GCAN-211 high-performance CAN interface card supports secondary development. Our company provides users with connection routine code in VB and C # environments. ● CAN bus supports CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B frame formats and complies with the ISO/DIS11898 standard;
● The CAN bus communication baud rate can be programmed between 5Kbps and 1Mbps;
● The CAN bus interface adopts electrical isolation, and the insulation voltage of the isolation module is DC 2500V;
● 32 hardware FIFO receive buffers, maximum received data flow rate: 8000 frames per second;
● The timestamp accuracy of receiving messages on the CAN end can reach 1us.
(3) Ethernet properties
● The PC interface uses a standard Ethernet interface, RJ45, Support 10/100M adaptive;
● Support timeout disconnection function;
● The working port, target IP, and target port can all be set;
● Automatically restore connection resources after network disconnection and reliably establish TCP connections;
● TCP supports up to 255 connections, allowing 6 groups of users to manage one CAN port simultaneously;
● Under UDP mode, each CAN port supports 6 sets of target IP segments, and multiple users can manage one CAN device simultaneously;
● Supports protocols including Ethernet, ARP, IP, ICMP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, TCP;
● Compatible with SOCKET working modes (TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, etc.), and the communication software for the upper computer follows standard SOCKET rules.
