  • 1. Equipment introduction 

    GCAN-6057 CANopen Remote IO Module is a high-performance, universal bus module independently developed by our company. Designed based on the CANopen bus, it effectively saves costs for users, simplifies wiring, and enhances system reliability. This module incorporates 8 DI channels and 8 DO channels, enabling the acquisition of digital input signals and the output of digital signals. By controlling switches, it facilitates the connection between remote switching devices and the CANopen network, thereby forming a control node for data signal acquisition and output within the CANopen network. 

    The GCAN-6057 module boasts a protection level of IP67, making it suitable for complex environments such as dusty and humid conditions. Its power supply and CAN bus interface are integrated with isolation protection modules, which can prevent damage to the module caused by transient overvoltage and overcurrent, ensuring operational stability. Furthermore, the module adopts a DIN rail fixing method, facilitating rapid integration into various control cabinets and enhancing system construction efficiency.

    ● CAN-bus supports CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B frame formats, complying with ISO/DIS 11898 specifications; 

    ● The CAN-bus communication baud rate is arbitrarily programmable between 10Kbps and 1Mbps; 
    ● The CAN-bus interface employs electrical isolation, with an isolation module insulation voltage of DC 1500V; 
    ● The power supply adopts 24V DC (-15%/+20%); 
    ● Number of P-type digital input channels: 8 channels; 
    ● Digital input ON signal: voltage ≥ 9V DC; input OFF signal: voltage ≤ 5V DC; 
    ● Number of P-type digital output channels: 8 channels; 
    ● The digital output voltage is the module's operating voltage of 24V, with a maximum output current of 500mA (single channel); 300mA (simultaneous output from multiple channels);
