1、 Equipment Introduction
Shenyang Guangcheng Technology GCAN-M8E is a high-performance CAN (FD) - bus communication interface card that integrates 8 CAN/CAN FD channels and 1 Ethernet interface. By using the GCAN-M8E high-performance CAN interface card, users can easily interconnect CAN (FD) - bus networks and Ethernet networks, further expanding the range of CAN (FD) - bus networks. The CAN interface and power interface of the module are integrated with an electrical isolation protection module, which avoids damage to the equipment caused by instantaneous overcurrent/overvoltage and enhances the reliability of the system in harsh environments.
2、 Equipment parameters
● 1 Ethernet interface, interface form RJ45;
● 8-way CANFD interface, using DB9 wiring method, configured CANFD/CAN through software;
● Supports CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B frame formats, compliant with ISO/DIS 11898 specifications;
● The CAN Bus communication baud rate can be programmed between 10Kbps and 1Mbps;
● The maximum baud rate supported by CANFD communication can reach 5M;
● Powered by 24V DC power supply;
● The CAN (FD) - Bus interface adopts electrical isolation, and the insulation voltage of the isolation module is 1500V DC;
● Static discharge immunity level: Contact discharge ± 4KV, air discharge ± 8KV;
● Electrical fast transient pulse group immunity level: CAN bus interface ± 2KV;
● Surge immunity level: CAN bus interface ± 4KV;
● Working temperature range: -40 ℃~+85 ℃;
