  • 1. Function Overview 

    The GCAN-GT-8221 gateway is a high-performance EtherCAT slave to CAN/CANopen gateway module independently developed by our company based on the EtherCAT bus. The device integrates 2 EtherCAT bus interfaces and 1 CAN bus interface. 

    1) GCAN-GT-8321-XXX can serve as a gateway for EtherCAT bus master station, enabling communication between EtherCAT bus and CAN free port/CANopen slave station. 
    Note: 



    The corresponding sub model can only convert EtherCAT bus to one corresponding protocol, and the price varies depending on the protocol. 

    2. Performance characteristics 

    (1) Two EtherCAT bus interfaces, EtherCAT/IN and EtherCAT/OUT (RJ45); 
    (2) EtherCAT bus transmission rate: 100Mbps; 
    (3) EtherCAT bus transmission distance (station to station distance): 100m; 
    (4) 1 CAN bus interface; 
    (5) The power supply adopts 24V DC (-15%/+20%); 
    (6) Electrical isolation is 1500 VDC; 
    (7) Working temperature range: -40 ℃~+85 ℃; 
    (8) Relative humidity: 10%~95%, no condensation;
