Solution to the problem of CAN to WiFi conversion
1、搜不到WiFi热点检查设备供电是否正常、电源电压匹配;确认模块已切换到WiFi模式,重启设备;远离强干扰源,缩短与路由/手机距离;查看是否被WiFi信道屏蔽,更换信道重试。
1. Unable to find WiFi hotspot. Check if the device's power supply is normal and if the power voltage matches; Confirm that the module has switched to WiFi mode and restart the device; Stay away from strong interference sources and shorten the distance to the router/mobile phone; Check if the WiFi channel is blocked and try again by changing the channel.
2、能连WiFi但无法通信确认手机/电脑与模块在同一网段,关闭防火墙、杀毒软件;检查CAN波特率是否与总线一致,终端电阻是否接入;重新配置目标IP、端口,确保参数一一对应。
2. Can connect to WiFi but cannot communicate. Confirm that the phone/computer is in the same network segment as the module and turn off the firewall and antivirus software; Check if the CAN baud rate is consistent with the bus and if the terminal resistor is connected; Reconfigure the target IP and port to ensure that the parameters correspond one-to-one.
3、数据收发乱码/丢包优先校准CAN波特率,总线多设备需统一速率;减少总线分支线,远离变频器、电机等干扰源;添加120Ω终端电阻,降低发送频率,避免总线拥堵。
3. Priority calibration of CAN baud rate for garbled/lost data transmission and reception, and unified speed for multiple devices on the bus; Reduce bus branch lines and stay away from interference sources such as frequency converters and motors; Add a 120 Ω terminal resistor to reduce the transmission frequency and avoid bus congestion.
4、连接频繁断开WiFi信号弱导致,靠近路由或更换天线;电源不稳是主因,使用稳压电源,避免USB口供电不足;减少同频段设备,避开2.4G干扰。
4. Frequent disconnection due to weak WiFi signal, approaching the router or replacing the antenna; Unstable power supply is the main cause. Use a regulated power supply to avoid insufficient power supply to the USB port; Reduce devices in the same frequency band and avoid 2.4G interference.
5、电脑/软件收不到数据检查串口调试助手/上位机IP、端口、协议设置;模块工作模式选择正确(TCP/UDP、服务器/客户端);电脑禁用其他网卡,只保留目标WiFi。
5. Computer/software unable to receive data check serial port debugging assistant/upper computer IP, port, protocol settings; Correct selection of module working mode (TCP/UDP, server/client); Disable other network cards on the computer and only keep the target WiFi.
6、CAN总线无数据确认CAN_H、CAN_L接线正确,不接反;检测总线是否短路、断路;设备上电正常,无红灯报错;单独测试模块,排除外部设备故障。
6. No data confirmed on CAN bus. CAN-H and CAN_L wiring are correct and not reversed; Check whether the bus is short circuited or open circuited; The device is powered on normally and there are no red light errors; Test the module separately to eliminate external device malfunctions.
7、手机APP连不上模块确认手机已连模块热点,IP自动获取;APP内填写正确模块IP和端口;重启APP与模块,关闭手机VPN、流量代理。
7. The mobile app cannot connect to the module. Confirm that the phone is connected to the module hotspot, and the IP will be automatically obtained; Fill in the correct module IP and port in the APP; Restart the app and module, turn off the mobile VPN and data proxy.
8、通信距离近、信号差使用外置高增益天线,调整天线角度;避开金属遮挡、强电走线;穿墙过多时,加WiFi中继或改用路由中转。
8. Use an external high gain antenna for close communication distance and poor signal, adjust the antenna angle; Avoid metal shielding and strong electrical wiring; When there are too many wall penetrations, add WiFi relay or switch to routing relay.
9、参数配置后不生效配置完成后点击保存并重启模块;恢复出厂设置后重新配置;严格按说明书步骤操作,不跳步、不填错参数格式。
9. Parameter configuration does not take effect. After completing the configuration, click save and restart the module; Restore factory settings and reconfigure; Strictly follow the instructions without skipping steps or filling in incorrect parameter formats.
10、多个模块同时通信冲突合理分配IP、端口,避免重复;同一总线统一波特率与终端;采用TCP服务器模式,统一管理连接,避免并发拥堵。
10. Multiple modules communicating simultaneously conflict and allocate IP and ports reasonably to avoid duplication; Unified baud rate and terminal for the same bus; Adopting TCP server mode to manage connections uniformly and avoid concurrent congestion.
