1.4G网络连接失败

现象:模块无4G信号、显示离线;解决:检查SIM卡是否插紧、未欠费/未过期,重启模块;确认所在区域有4G覆盖,远离信号屏蔽处,必要时更换高质量SIM卡。
Phenomenon: The module has no 4G signal and the display is offline; Solution: Check if the SIM card is securely inserted, not overdue/expired, and restart the module; Confirm that there is 4G coverage in the area, stay away from signal blocking areas, and replace high-quality SIM cards if necessary.
2.CAN总线无数据传输
2. No data transmission on CAN bus
现象:4G正常,但CAN端收不到/发不出数据;解决:检查CAN线接线牢固(CAN-H/CAN-L勿接反),确认总线两端接120Ω终端电阻,匹配波特率与设备一致。
Phenomenon: 4G is normal, but CAN cannot receive/send data; Solution: Check that the CAN wiring is secure (CAN-H/CAN-L should not be reversed), confirm that the bus is connected to a 120 Ω terminal resistor at both ends, and match the baud rate with the device.
3.数据传输时有时无

现象:传输不稳定、频繁中断;解决:排查电磁干扰,用屏蔽电缆并做好接地,远离强电磁场;检查电源是否稳定,加装稳压器,优化CAN总线负载。

现象:模块反复断电重启,无法稳定运行;解决:检查电源电压波动,更换稳定电源;排查模块过热,避免密闭安装,清理散热通道,减少软件冲突(重启设备)。
Phenomenon: The module repeatedly loses power and restarts, unable to operate stably; Solution: Check for voltage fluctuations in the power supply and replace with a stable power supply; Check module overheating, avoid closed installation, clean heat dissipation channels, and reduce software conflicts (restart devices).
5.配置参数后无法生效
5. Unable to take effect after configuring parameters
现象:修改IP、网关等参数后,通信仍异常;解决:参数修改后重启模块,确认配置未被误删;核对参数与服务器一致,优先使用静态IP替代DHCP分配。
Phenomenon: Even after modifying parameters such as IP and gateway, communication still remains abnormal; Solution: After modifying the parameters, restart the module and confirm that the configuration has not been mistakenly deleted; Verify that the parameters are consistent with the server, and prioritize using static IP instead of DHCP allocation.
6.4G信号弱、网速慢
6.4G signal weak, slow internet speed
现象:信号格少、数据传输延迟高;解决:调整模块安装位置(朝向开阔处),加装4G增益天线;联系运营商确认网络是否拥堵、基站是否维护。
Phenomenon: Limited signal grid and high data transmission delay; Solution: Adjust the installation position of the module (facing towards an open area) and install a 4G gain antenna; Contact the operator to confirm if the network is congested and if the base station is maintained.
7.CAN接口通信报错
7. CAN interface communication error
现象:模块提示CAN通信故障、CRC错误;解决:检查CAN线是否破损、接触不良,排查ESD二极管等外围器件是否短路;用万用表检测总线阻抗。
Phenomenon: The module prompts CAN communication failure and CRC error; Solution: Check whether the CAN line is damaged or has poor contact, and investigate whether peripheral devices such as ESD diodes are short circuited; Use a multimeter to measure the bus impedance.
8.模块无法上电
8. The module cannot be powered on
现象:接通电源后,模块无指示灯、无反应;解决:检查电源接线是否正确、电源线是否完好;确认电源电压匹配模块额定电压,排查电源接口松动。
Phenomenon: After connecting the power supply, the module has no indicator light or response; Solution: Check if the power wiring is correct and if the power cord is intact; Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the module and investigate if the power interface is loose.
9.远程无法访问模块

现象:4G正常,但远程电脑无法连接模块;解决:检查模块端口、端口映射是否正确,关闭防火墙拦截;确认服务器IP、端口未变更,重启远程访问软件。
Phenomenon: 4G is normal, but the remote computer cannot connect to the module; Solution: Check if the module ports and port mappings are correct, and disable firewall interception; Confirm that the server IP and port have not changed, restart the remote access software.
10.固件/软件运行异常
