(29):GCAN-232
Shenyang Guangcheng Technology GCAN-232 is designed for engineers and equipment integrators in the new energy storage, industrial automation, power communication, and construction machinery industries. It specifically addresses the three major pain points of traditional CAN buses: limited high-speed transmission distance, frequent packet loss in strong electromagnetic environments, and inability to connect multiple CAN subnets to Ethernet remote monitoring.
The device is equipped with dual independent CANFD channels, supporting up to 5Mbps high-speed communication, 3000V electrical isolation to resist interference from workshop frequency converters and motors, suitable for outdoor cabinets with a wide temperature range of -40 ℃~+85 ℃, compatible with TCP and UDP multi network modes, and can achieve bidirectional communication between CAN and Ethernet without the need to modify existing equipment.
A typical implementation case of a certain energy storage power station project: the BMS of the energy storage compartment is 300 meters away from the central control room, and the traditional CAN twisted pair transmission is unstable. After deploying GCAN-232, two CAN channels collect battery and distribution monitoring data respectively, and upload them to the monitoring platform through the factory Ethernet. The wiring and debugging are completed on the same day, and there is no packet loss during long-term operation, greatly reducing the cost of long-distance wiring and on-site operation and maintenance manpower.
Whether it's upgrading production lines, monitoring power stations, or remote equipment diagnosis, GCAN-232 can stably establish cross network communication links. Customers with bus networking and remote debugging needs are welcome to call 13019325660.
