(24):GCAN-218
There are common pain points in field engineering machinery, distributed energy storage, mining equipment, and outdoor industrial control: there is no Ethernet cable on site, and CAN messages cannot be read remotely. Equipment failures require engineers to travel long distances to the site for troubleshooting. In cold and hot environments, ordinary conversion modules are susceptible to high voltage interference and communication disconnections. GCAN-218 is a full network 4G transmission device equipped with 2500V electrical isolation, capable of stable operation across a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to+85 ℃. It can upload CAN data to the cloud without the need for network cables, supports TCP/UDP dual-mode, comes with CAN terminal resistors, and is compatible with various outdoor mobile devices.
Real implementation case: Multiple mining cars are scattered in the mining area of a certain mine, and in the past, faults required a dedicated person to drive into the mountains to collect CAN data from the entire vehicle.
After installing GCAN-218, the backend office can view real-time power and hydraulic messages, remotely issue debugging instructions, and avoid frequent mountain inspections, greatly improving fault response efficiency.
Equipment adaptation for engineering machinery, energy storage power stations, onboard testing, and outdoor industrial control projects. For remote CAN data collection needs, please call 13019325660.
